As for all my friends out there that knows what the hell i been through with the school yr , heres comes some very interesting shit so there be some repeats .......
As you all know about my son's first teacher i will not mention no name she has only cared less about him and treated him like shit , and all i would hear from her is that she has 19 other students and she does not have then time for him ......
Though she did not even cared enough that he was failing and would not make him do his work so there fore he is failing thanx to her and yes he has gotten into so much trouble with her that its unreal.....
So the time he gotten suspended from school i told the priciple that she is to take my son out of her room get another teacher or i will just take him complently out of the school district wich i knew i could not do that any way unless he was goin to be placed in another district ....
So she said ok , when my son got back to school he had a new teacher it went ok for a month she told me that she could not believe how far behind my son is with math / reading and i have not got nothing concerning this problem ....
She took her time out with my son and worked with him and one day he blew up and threw a crayon at her and hitting it hit her how sweet , so there for he was suspended got an early spring break....
When it was time for him to go back to school , it was time to pick him up and he said guess what , i said what , he told me that he got a new teacher and im like ok 3rd of the yr how about that and did not even tell me untill i called the priciple .....
She said yeah she wanted give him another chance and thought it would be better for him so i said ok ...... so monday i went to the school to how he was doin and all and we had a talk with her in the hall way..
I asked her / hey by the way this teacher was my teacher when i was a child..lol
Did anyone bother to her how my son was she said no but she kinda figured out that he has sever adhd , i told her that he was bipolar and she was very suprised ! said she did not know nothing bout him ....
Go figure , but she told me that she could not believe how far behind my son , and that she is doin her best to get him cought up ... she also said that she very scared that he might fail but hope he does not but he will need one on one ....
Wich means that there is no way that he will be able to do his work on his own ...
This gets to the good part !!!!!!!!!! ..........
Monday when i was at the school i brought the evuation that a dr done on my son , and had them to make a copy and put it in his records and told that it must be read .....
So this after noon i got son from school and the counselor came out with him and had some papers in her hands ... she said she loooked over the evuation and said it was very intersting come to find out that son has ..
Emotional Disturbance .... and she asked the priciple what they should do about and then she spoken to a person that was over the special education thingie and that said he was qualified for other help !!!! and she was goin to call for a big meeting and for me to call my son's advocate...
So i had to sign a piece of paper for them to speak with the dr to get him involved on this and get the help that my son need ...
Before the taas test april 29 .....
So how many fucking times have i told them and fought them on this !!!!! and now they want to get the shit rolling becuz they know they got their asses cracked and they got to do something fast gee why dont damn ppl listen to me for once .....
Becuz if they have not done nothing i was goin to get me a lawyer for my son !!!!! im still goin to make complaints about the first teacher becuz something needs to be done about my son being so far behind .......
I will let ya'll know more about what happens.......
